Return shipment

General information – Returns

For your return shipment you can use our returns form and simply print it out. If you do not have a printer, you can also write down the necessary information by hand on an A4 sheet of paper and enclose it with the parcel.

📌 Important notes on returns:

• The jewelry must be in its original condition, i.e. new and unworn.
• Returns must be made in the original packaging (box/bag) to avoid damage during transportation.
• We recommend shipment with shipment tracking, as we cannot accept any liability for lost shipments.
• Please stamp the return package sufficiently, as we cannot accept freight collect parcels.

⚠️ Important note:
Points 1-3 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. To revoke your contract, it is sufficient that you send us a notification by e-mail, fax or letter that you are exercising your right of revocation before the 14-day revocation period expires.
