As soon as the ordered products are available, your package will be ready for shipment 1-2 days after receipt of payment. The usual delivery time is:

Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as the delivery time depends on our logistics partners and may be delayed due to public holidays, unforeseen events (e.g. strikes, address errors) or current circumstances (e.g. Covid-19).

Yes, we offer elegant gift packaging for your jewelry. For an additional charge per gift box, we will wrap your order in style.

Simply select the desired gift wrapping option in the shopping cart and decide whether you would like to have individual items wrapped separately or several pieces of jewelry wrapped together.

Your satisfaction is important to us! You can therefore return unworn pieces of jewelry in their original packaging within 14 days. Please note that personalized products cannot be returned.

Yes, you can easily try on our jewelry and return it if it does not meet your expectations. It is important to us that you find exactly the piece of jewelry that you like.

We attach great importance to hygiene and cleanliness. All returned pieces of jewelry - especially earrings and stud earrings - are professionally cleaned by us immediately before they go back on sale.

The statutory warranty period of two years from the date of purchase applies to all Lea Loren Concepts jewelry. This includes the free repair of all defects that were already present at the time of delivery - even if they only become apparent later.

Damage caused by improper handling or lack of care (e.g. scratches, cracked chains, bent or broken parts) or which is due to normal wear and tear is not covered by the statutory warranty.

Important notes on transportation & warranty

• If the warranty period of two years has already expired or does not apply, you will bear the transportation costs for the return shipment.
• If you decide against a repair after the cost estimate, we will not cover the costs for the return shipment.
• No liability for loss, theft or damage during transportation.
• The warranty does not apply if the damaged piece of jewelry can no longer be found (e.g. torn bracelet with lost parts or missing pendant of a necklace). In such cases, we cannot determine whether a material defect or personal fault is present.

Unfortunately, it is not technically possible to reorder earrings purchased as a pair individually in our Lea Loren Concepts online store or studio.

Jewelry is exposed to various environmental influences, skin residues and friction on a daily basis. Proper care is therefore essential to preserve the beauty of your favorite pieces in the long term.

🔹 Tips for correct cleaning & care

• Frosted silver can become scratched over time. Careful polishing can make it shine again. A specialist store can do the re-matting, alternatively you can do it yourself with a fine abrasive fleece.
• Scratch mat surfaces are created using coarse-grained sandpaper (80 grit). Take care to maintain the original direction of the matting. Please do not apply pressure to jewelry with stones!
• Silver jewelry can tarnish through perspiration. Clean it with a mild detergent and then dry it with a cloth or hairdryer.
• Frosted jewelry should not be cleaned with a silver cleaning cloth. Instead, a commercially available eraser or a soft toothbrush with a little toothpaste is suitable for removing stains.
• Avoid silver baths as they can damage the surface of the jewelry.

🔹 Storage & protection

• Store your jewelry in small, airtight plastic bags with a piece of aluminum foil or in the original jewelry bag to prevent oxidation.
• Avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, cosmetics, chlorine and salt water, as these can damage the surface of the jewelry or change the color.

With the right care, your jewelry will stay radiantly beautiful for a long time!

The question of the right ring size is one of the most frequently asked questions we receive. Especially if the ring is to be a gift, you want to be sure that it really fits well. Measuring the ring size is very easy and can be done by yourself. You can find all the details in the ring size guide.

Please note that the ambient temperature has an effect on the measurement - your fingers are slightly narrower when it is cold than when it is warm. Therefore, please measure your finger at a normal temperature, preferably in the evening.

The shape of the ring also plays a role. Particularly wide rings are often needed slightly larger.

If the ring is to be a gift, it is advisable to take one of the recipient's rings unnoticed, briefly measure its size and then put it back.

1. For the return shipment you can use the returns form which you can simply print out. If you do not have a printer available, you can alternatively write the information by hand on an A4 sheet of paper and enclose it with the parcel.
2. Please send us the products in their original condition. This means that the pieces of jewelry must be new and unworn and in their original packaging (box/bag). The packaging must ensure that the products reach us undamaged.
3. We recommend that you use shipment tracking, as we cannot accept any liability for the loss of your shipment in the post. We also ask you to put sufficient postage on the return parcel, as we cannot accept parcels with postage not prepaid.
4. Please note that points 1-3 are not a prerequisite for an effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. To revoke your contract, it is sufficient for you to send us a notification (e-mail, fax or letter) that you are exercising your right of revocation before the 14-day revocation period expires. All our jewelry is provided with tarnish protection. Nevertheless, environmental influences, such as an increased sulphur content in the air, can lead to slight discoloration.

We also offer a professional cleaning and polishing service for a fee. This involves cleaning and polishing pieces of jewelry that have become dirty or worn due to friction. However, we cannot guarantee that the piece of jewelry will be completely restored, especially if it is heavily soiled. Bracelets are excluded from polishing, as the cord could be damaged.

If you would like to take advantage of our cleaning and polishing service, we will be happy to provide you with a non-binding price proposal. You can then decide whether you would like to use the service. As the work involved varies depending on the piece of jewelry, we are unable to quote fixed prices in advance.

Our jewelry is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is both durable and beautiful to wear. The high-quality rhodium plating protects our jewelry from tarnishing, oxidation and fading and ensures a radiant shine. Pieces of jewelry in gold or rose gold are 18 or 24 carat gold-plated.

All our products are nickel- and lead-free. The natural hypoallergenic properties of high-quality stainless steel ensure that our jewelry is also safe for people with sensitive skin and allergies. The zirconia stones used are AAAA quality.

All the jewelry in our collections are designed by us and handcrafted in our workshop. With great attention to detail and the highest precision, we create unique treasures in small editions.

The manufacturing process includes various traditional and modern techniques: Casting, bending, sawing, soldering, filing, polishing as well as intricate surface treatment and the careful setting of gemstones. This artisanal approach means that each piece of jewelry is unique and has its very own character.

Each of our pieces of jewelry is made with great care and love. Small irregularities may occasionally occur. The zirconia we use is also carefully crafted, but there may also be slight variations in color, size and shape.

Our jewelry is treated with a special anti-tarnish coating that uses state-of-the-art nanotechnology to protect it from discoloration, stains and the typical black tarnishing. This solvent-free protective coating contains chemical substances that are harmless to both humans and the environment. The jewelry retains its natural shine while remaining water and dirt repellent.

Our jewelry is photographed in a professional photo studio in order to reproduce the colors as realistically as possible. Nevertheless, for technical reasons, there may be slight color deviations between the images and the original product. In addition, the display on the screen may cause differences in size. The exact dimensions and size specifications can be found directly on the respective product page.

Each screen displays colors and brightness individually. As a result, there may be slight color differences between the display on your screen and the actual piece of jewelry.
