Important notes on shipping costs

• If the warranty has already expired or does not apply, the shipping costs for return transportation will be charged to you in addition to the repair costs. This also applies if you decide against a repair after the cost estimate.
• We accept no liability for loss, theft or damage during transportation. Please make sure to secure your shipment accordingly.
• The warranty cannot be claimed if the damaged piece of jewelry is no longer complete. For example, if a bracelet has broken and all parts have been lost or a pendant has gone missing. In such cases, we are unfortunately unable to determine whether a material defect or improper handling is present.
