Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us(Lea Loren Concepts, Siebenbrunnengasse 72/19, 1050 Vienna, Austria, Tel.: +43 664 2287922, E-Mail: office@lea-loren.eu) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred due to a shipping method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made immediately, at the latest within fourteen days after we have received your declaration of withdrawal.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional costs as a result of the repayment.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
The costs of the return shipment are borne by you as the customer.
You only have to pay for a loss in value of the goods if this is due to unnecessary handling of the goods that goes beyond checking the condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods,
- which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or
- which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
General information on returns
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure that it is securely packed to prevent damage during transportation.
2. please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3. points 1 and 2 are not mandatory requirements for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
