Delivery and shipping conditions
1. processing & shipping
All our jewelry is carefully packaged with a lot of love. This process usually takes 24 hours.
Shipping is by standard mail.
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can track your order at any time.
The shipping time is:
- 📍 Austria: approx. 2-5 working days
📍 EU mainland: approx. 3-7 working days
📌 Delivery time & calculation of the delivery date:
If your order contains several items with different delivery times, they will be shipped in a single shipment – unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time is then based on the item with the longest delivery time.
The delivery period begins:
- In the case of advance payment, on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank.
- For other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded.
If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
⚠️ Important note:
The shipping time may be extended due to public holidays, strikes, overloading of the shipping service providers or unforeseen events. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a fixed delivery date.
2. shipping costs & returns
📦 Shipping costs:
- Austria: Free shipping
- EU mainland: € 5,- (free shipping from € 70,00 order value)
📌 Attention for returns:
If the order value falls below € 100.00 due to a return, the regular shipping costs (€ 5.00 for Austria, € 12.00 for EU mainland) will be deducted retrospectively.
3. delivery address & undeliverable shipments
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified in the order. If the parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful delivery – unless the customer was not responsible for the failed delivery or the customer was temporarily prevented from doing so.
The right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this. The return costs will be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions in the cancellation policy.
