We want to make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied and happy! You can therefore return unworn pieces of jewelry that are in their original packaging to us within 14 days. Personalized products are unfortunately excluded from this.

Our pieces of jewelry are handmade treasures!
Each of our pieces of jewelry is made by hand with a lot of love and care. This can sometimes lead to slight irregularities. However, we are convinced that it is precisely these small deviations, which result from both traditional and modern craftsmanship, that give our pieces of jewelry their unique character. Likewise, each of the gemstones we use is unique. Here, too, there may therefore be small differences and nuances in color, size and shape.

Material
Highest quality, environmental protection and sustainability are very important to us! That’s why we use only ecologically sourced, high-quality silver for our jewelry. The small 925 stamp guarantees the authenticity and value of the precious metal. Of course, all our jewelry is also 100% free of heavy metals and allergenic substances. We also source our gemstones, gold and pearls from companies we trust to work sustainably.

Production
All of the jewelry in our collections is designed by us and made by hand in our workshop. With great attention to detail, we produce all our treasures in small batches. The manufacturing process ranges from casting to bending, from sawing to soldering, from filing to polishing, from the elaborate processing of surfaces to the careful setting of gemstones. Each of our pieces of jewelry is unique.
